In order to earn the rewards rate and ATM fee refunds simply do the following each monthly qualification cycle:
- Have at least 12 debit card purchases post and clear per monthly qualification cycle
- Have one Automatic Payment or Direct Deposit post and clear per monthly qualification cycle
- Receive eStatements
If you don't qualify, you'll still earn our base rate of interest, and you can get the rewards back the very next monthly qualification cycle!

Rewards Checking rate tiers are as follows: 2.51% APY applies to balances of $10 - $25,000 and 0.50% APY applies to balances over $25,000 as long as qualifications are met each qualification cycle. 0.05% APY applies to balances $10 and above if qualifications are not met. All balances will earn 2.51% APY – 0.50% APY as long as qualifications are met. The advertised Rewards Checking APY is based on compounding interest. The interest earned in Rewards Checking is automatically transferred to Rewards Savings each statement cycle and does not compound. The actual interest paid may be less than the advertised APY. The Rewards Savings APYs may be less than the Rewards Checking APYs. Rewards Savings rate tiers are as follows: 1.15% APY applies to balances of $10 - $50,000 and 0.50% APY applies to balances over $50,000 as long as qualifications are met each qualification cycle on Rewards Checking account. 0.05% APY applies to balances $10 and above if qualifications are not met on Rewards Checking. Qualifying transactions must post and clear Rewards Checking during monthly qualification cycle. Transactions may take one or more banking days from transaction date to post to an account.
